On August 29, 2016, XRepublic published an article about Brian Bonar and his continuing ability to make history in the entrepreneurial world. Mr. Bonar is a man who never seems to stop moving. Over thirty years he has been associated with the success of more companies in more industries than most combinations of five top executives added together.
Each year The Cambridge Who’s Who selection committee chooses two men and two women in each discipline and honors them for overall excellence. The committee chose Brian as Executive of the Year in Finance which is a significant honor. The selection criteria include academic achievements, leadership skills, and accomplishments.
Brian Bonar has built a respected reputation for effective leadership on all types of projects. He is also well-known for gathering talented people and bonding them into high functioning teams. Brian is passionate about helping others succeed whether they are employees, clients, or partners. He has achieved significant acclaim in retail, aviation, and multi-family housing to name a few.
In what is probably his best-known role as Dalrada Financial Corporation’s Company Chairman and CEO, Brian is responsible for employee and employer benefits and aftermarket products. The company has created innovative employee programs to offer clients that will help increase business efficiency.
Brian is well-educated and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering from Strathclyde University, Glasgow Scotland and an MBA and a Ph.D. in the field of International Business Development Studies from the Stafford University, England UK.
Between 2003 and 2009 the following information shows how Mr. Bonar spent his time, and there is some overlap. He was not doing everything all at once; however, he did seem to attend to a lot of responsibilities in an almost superhuman manner.
He was Chairman and CEO at The Solvis Group and Dalrada Financial Corporation. Brian served as the President of Allegiant Professional and founded AMS Outsourcing and served as a member of the board at eight organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego.
After 2009, Brian continued to be who he is and do what he does by adding to his portfolio. He added Chairman and CEO of Smart-Tek Automated Services Inc, CEO of Imaging Technologies Corporation, and Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Chairman of the Board at Trucept, Inc.
